Cancellations:

We advise all guests to take out suitable travel insurance for the duration of their stay. In the event of a cancellation, please get in touch:

• 85 days or more from your arrival; 75% 
• Between 29 and 84 days before your arrival; 25%

If your cancellation is received within 28 days of your arrival date, we cannot offer a refund.
